FPQ! (2009 - 2014)
F*CKING POP QUEERS was a wild, pop-fuelled club night celebrating, and playfully mocking, contemporary pop culture. What began organically in 2006 at Studio 80 on Rembrandt Square found its second home in Amsterdam’s legendary high-class nightclub Jimmy Woo, the perfect setting for this gloriously trashy queer spectacle. FPQ ran successfully from 2009 to 2014, blending drag, pop anthems, and theatrical chaos into an unapologetic celebration of queer over the top nightlife.

Naturally, a concept this outrageous deserved a bigger, bolder, and even more extravagant version. Enter F*CKING POP QUEERS EXTRA LARGE, the amplified edition of FPQ, hosted several times a year in Amsterdam’s pop temple Paradiso. Each edition featured theatrical performances, massive stage designs, and an unrelenting stream of pop anthems. A yearly highlight was our legendary Pride specials, celebrating queer joy at its loudest and brightest.
